Key Experience Areas:
- HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Organizational Design & Structuring: Design and structure the organization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Salary Grading: Develop and manage salary grading structures to ensure equitable compensation.
- Performance Management & Improvement: Oversee performance management processes and implement improvement strategies.
- Training & Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Job Description (JD) Making: Create and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Policies & Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Location: Applicants must be currently available in Qatar.
- Documentation: Must have a valid QID and a transferable NOC.
