Position: IT Support Specialist
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to help keep our technology running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager to maintain hotel systems, including Fidelio and Micros, and assist with computer networks, phones, and more. You’ll also provide training to staff on how to use these systems and troubleshoot any issues.
Job Description:
- Assist the IT Manager with maintaining hotel systems like Fidelio, Micros, and the computer network.
- Help train staff on using these systems and provide support when needed.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor software and hardware to ensure proper use.
- Stay updated on new technologies and improvements that can help the hotel.
- Make sure all systems are secure and follow hotel policies.
- Be available 24/7 for any IT emergencies.
Daily Tasks:
- Answer IT-related emails and requests.
- Help fix any issues with hotel systems (Fidelio, Micros, Sopho).
- Support staff with their day-to-day tech problems.
- Adjust user access rights and modify reports as needed.
- Keep track of support calls and resolve issues quickly.
