Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Familiar with stock movements
- Availability: Able to work on a shift rotation basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Management: Organize and store materials correctly by location.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock movements on the database.
- Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory discrepancies and produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Issuance: Monitor and prepare materials for issuance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operations: Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures.
