Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Qatar with a strong background in interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost estimation, quotation preparation, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and construction drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and competitive quotations.
• Evaluate material costs, supplier quotations, and construction pricing.
• Manage variation orders, variation claims, and additional work costing.
• Monitor project expenses and support cost control throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation and cost reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in Qatar as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, project costing, and quotation preparation.
• Experience in material pricing, supplier coordination, and variation claims.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, project documentation, and cost control.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
