Position: Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell jewellery and related products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on available collections.
• Ensure the showroom and product displays are well maintained.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Age: 20 to 30 years.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Nepali.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience is required.
• Previous experience in jewellery, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Friendly personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
